FAQ

Everything you need to know. No fee jargon.

Free has no monthly fee: when someone tips you $20, $16 lands in your balance and JustCashMe keeps 20%. Pro is a flat $29.99/month and takes 0% of tips: the full $20 lands in your balance. Fans pay the same total on either plan. Most creators start on Free and switch to Pro once they are earning more than about $150/month in tips, which is where Pro starts leaving more in your pocket.
Pro replaces the 20% Free-plan share with one flat price: $29.99/month and 0% of your tips. Everything else — your page, link, share kit, payouts and dashboard — is the same on both plans. For any creator earning a meaningful amount, one predictable price is far cheaper than a percentage that grows with your success.
Yes, two ways. The Free plan is free forever with no card required. If you choose Pro, you get a 7-day free trial before the first $29.99 charge, and you can cancel any time during it at no cost — you simply stay on Free. Either way you can build your page and start collecting tips without paying anything.
A fee is added to the checkout total, which is why the total is a little higher than the tip amount itself. The tip, the fee, and the final total are all shown clearly before anyone pays, and the creator receives the full tip amount either way.
No. Tips are one-time by default — a fan chooses an amount, pays once, and that is the end of it, with nothing renewing automatically. Fans can also choose monthly support on a creator's page; monthly support bills once a month until they cancel, and they can cancel anytime from the receipt email with no account needed.
Payouts are released once your available balance reaches $500. This minimum keeps per-transfer costs efficient so more money stays with you rather than being eaten by repeated transfer fees. Your tips accumulate in your balance as fans support you, and once you cross $500 the funds are paid out to your connected bank account.
Tips collect in your JustCashMe balance as fans support you. Once your balance reaches the $500 minimum, funds are paid out to the bank account linked to your connected Stripe account. Because Stripe handles the transfer, payouts go directly to your bank on Stripe's standard schedule. You keep 100% of the tips that make up that balance.
Connecting your Stripe account is what activates your creator account and lets you receive money. Stripe securely handles card payments, identity verification, and bank transfers so JustCashMe never touches your banking details directly. You will not be able to collect tips until Stripe is connected, so it is the first step after you claim your username and start your trial.
Those platforms take a percentage of what you earn — typically 5–12% of every tip or pledge — with no way to cap it. JustCashMe gives you a choice: start on Free with no monthly fee, then switch to Pro for a flat $29.99/month and 0% of tips once you are earning. The more you earn on Pro, the more you save compared to a percentage that grows with your income.
No. Fans can send a tip without creating a JustCashMe account. They simply visit your page, choose an amount, and check out. Removing sign-up friction means more of your followers actually complete a tip, which is the whole point of putting one simple link in your bio.
Standard refund and chargeback processes apply. If a tip is refunded or a fan disputes a charge, that amount is reversed from your balance, and disputes also carry a $15 chargeback fee per occurrence that is passed through to your account. Disputes are rare, and keeping a clear description on your page so supporters recognise the charge is the single best way to prevent them.
Availability follows Stripe's supported countries, since Stripe powers payments and payouts on JustCashMe. If Stripe can onboard creators and send payouts in your country, you can use JustCashMe. Fans can generally tip from anywhere their card is accepted, so your audience is not limited to where you are based.
Sign up, start your 7-day free trial, and pick an available username. Your username becomes your public link — justcashme.com/yourname — which you put in your bio so followers can find and support you. Usernames are first come, first served, so claiming yours early secures the handle that matches your brand across your other platforms.
