Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustCashMe (the "Service"), a creator tipping platform. By creating an account or sending a tip, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a creator account. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on funds you receive.
2. Subscription
JustCashMe offers two plans. On the Free plan there is no monthly fee; JustCashMe retains 20% of each tip as its platform fee and the remaining 80% is credited to your creator balance. On the Pro plan, creator accounts are billed $29.99 per month after a 7-day free trial, and JustCashMe retains 0% of tips. A valid payment method is required to start Pro. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Pro subscription begins automatically and auto-renews monthly to the card on file until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, and your account moves to the Free plan when the paid period ends. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. The plan in effect at the time a tip is processed determines the fee applied to that tip.
3. Fees & the 100% Promise
Donations carry a fee. It is added to the donation at checkout so that 100% of the base donation reaches the recipient creator. Creators never have a per-tip fee deducted from their balance. The donor sees the donation amount, the fees, and a single total before paying, and is charged only that disclosed total.
4. Platform Fee
JustCashMe charges a platform fee on donations, which is included in the total shown to the donor at checkout and is not deducted from the creator's payout. Your monthly subscription and the fees disclosed at checkout are the only charges associated with the Service. Fee rates may change from time to time; the amount applicable to any donation is always the one shown at checkout before payment.
5. Payouts
Tips accumulate in your creator balance. Payouts are issued once your balance reaches a $500 minimum, on a balanced payout schedule rather than daily. You must connect a valid payout account before funds can be released. Balances below the minimum roll over until the threshold is met.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Liability
If a donation is disputed, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, JustCashMe reserves the right to claw back the disputed funds from the creator's balance and to pass through a $15 chargeback fee per occurrence. If your balance is insufficient, the amount owed may be recovered from future donations or by other lawful means. Repeated disputes or fraudulent activity may result in suspension.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sale of prohibited goods, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or any content that violates applicable law or these Terms. You may not attempt to circumvent fees, abuse the trial, or use the Service to process payments unrelated to genuine creator support.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present fraud or chargeback risk, or are required to be actioned by law or our payment partners. You may terminate your account at any time. Certain obligations — including outstanding chargeback liability — survive termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustCashMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or funds arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
